Do I need to have building plans or drawings before meeting with CFH Builders?: No. Having plans will make the process faster but it is not necessary. We have plans from past projects that we can alter or we can custom design you something unique.
I am currently working with an architect. Is this a problem?: No. We appreciate the opportunity work with different professionals.
How long will it take for you to price our new home construction or home remodeling project?: This depends on the size and scope of the construction project. Most projects take 3-4 weeks for us to complete the pricing. It is a comprehensive process that allows us to give and exact price on the project.
What geographic area does your company cover?: CFH Builders serves southern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the Islands, North and South Shore MA, and eastern Rhode Island.
Are change orders a problem?: No. As a custom builder change orders are not a problem. Many times customers make changes once construction has begun.
Are all the workers on my home construction or home renovation job going to be sub-contractors?: No. This is one way CFH Builders separates itself from other home builders and contractors. Certain tradesmen, such as plumbers and electricians, are sub-contractors, but the majority of those working on your custom home project work for us.
