We were selected by design firm, McLaughlin & Buie Housewrights as the home builders for this lovely home.
The original home (formerly known as the Louisa May Alcott house) was destroyed by a fire and the home had to be demolished and rebuilt.
The exterior of the home now has a classic cottage look with Western Red Cedar shingles and hunter green trim. The exterior is ready for New England weather with a lifetime GAF Timberline roof in Fox Hollow Gray & Andersen 400 Series windows. Entertaining will be a breeze with plenty of deck space and a spacious sunroom to take in the fresh ocean air!
All of this custom home’s ceilings are tongue and groove bead boards which brings the eyes upward and creates a stunning focal point. The kitchen is complete with granite countertops, shaker cabinets & subway tile backsplash. Mahogany stained hardwood oak floors are a beautiful contrast to the white paint.
