The home’s beautiful siding is Maibec Eastern White Cedar Shingles. These high quality shingles are dipped with two coats of stain and are free of knots which means they will resist splitting and cracking. The shingles are protected by a 50 year warranty against decay and 15 years warranty on the stain. All trim was wrapped in custom fabricated aluminum trim to eliminate the need to paint.
