This beautiful colonial in Rochester, MA added an attached 3 car garage addition to match the existing home. A breezeway with a porch was added to lead to the garage addition. The garage even has a dormer so the area above the garage could be used as living space. We matched the siding to the home’s existing siding so the addition looks like it was always there.
The homeowners now have more storage space, living space, and a dry place for their vehicles!
